Discipleship for All
At FPC Valparaiso, we believe that all are called to grow in faith through intentional study and fellowship. To fulfill this calling, we offer a variety of discipleship opportunities for folks of all ages, and at all stages in their faith journeys.
On Sundays, Christian Education opportunities are offered for all ages
Included are:
- Godly Play programs at 9 AM each Sunday for Preschool through 5th grade.
- Pre-Confirmation: 6th and 7th grade.
- Confirmation: 8th grade.
- Senior High
- Adult Education: Bible and book studies, including classes taught by the pastors.
During the week, you will find a variety of Small Group experiences [see small groups] that provide education and fellowship.
Faith Formation Opportunities
Vacation Bible School
is offered each summer for our JAM kids, and occasional evening studies are offered throughout the year. Please consult our calendar for any additional offerings.
Adult retreats
are also available throughout the year. FPC Valpo has many members who have participated in the Great Banquet, as well. Again, these will be noted in the calendar as they arise. Contact the church office for information.
In the book of Romans, the Apostle Paul reminds us that we are to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Join us as we pursue this transformation and growth in mind, heart and spirit.
